A: For a limited time only the 4G LTE Home Device is FREE for the duration of your services! The device is property of IT&E and is to be returned whenever services are terminated or you may be subject to charges for the unit.

Q: What parts of the island are not covered by 4G LTE Service?
A: 4G LTE Wireless Data Network for the Home is currently not available in the following villages: Talofofo, Inarajan, Malesso, Umatac

Q: How do I sign up for 4G LTE Wireless Data Network for the Home?
A: Availing of 4G LTE Wireless Data Network for the Home is quick and easy! Simply come in to any IT&E location and apply for service, take your 4G LTE Home Device home, plug in your home phone, plug 4G LTE Home Device it into a power outlet, and you’re all set!

Q: How does the home phone service work on the 4G LTE device?
A: The 4G LTE device has a phone port which you can plug any standard phone into and like magic, you can make or receive a phone call! You can use a new number that we issue to you or if you prefer to use your current number from another carrier, we can port that number to your 4G LTE device.

Q:Is there a limit to the number of devices that can be connected using the 4G LTE Home Device?
A: You can connect up to 25 WiFi capable devices and it comes with an Ethernet LAN port so you can connect a desktop computer directly to the 4G LTE Home Device.

Q: What is the expected range of the MBR with 4G LTE Home Device?
A: Actual range and speeds will vary based on the radio frequency conditions and obstructions within your home.  Most devices should be able to connect within 70ft. of the 4G LTE Home Device.

Q: Can I port my home phone number into IT&E?
A: Yes, porting is available!  A one-time $50 Port-in Fee will be required and the porting process may take up to 24 hours.

Q: Will I be able to choose where the 4G LTE Home Device is placed in my home?
A: Typically, you’ll be able to set up the 4G LTE Home Device anywhere in your home.  However, some home designs may limit these options.

Q: Who will install the 4G LTE Home Device?
A: Set-up is completely done once you leave IT&E.  Just plug in the 4G LTE Home Device into a power source, plug in your home phone and you will begin to enjoy IT&E’s high-speed 4G LTE Data Services.

Q: Is there an activation fee or advanced payment?
 A: Yes, a one-time charge activation fee of $15 is required as well as a (1) Month Advanced Payment of the MRC you choose is required.

Q: Is there security deposit?
A: No Security Deposit!

Q: What happens if I am not satisfied with IT&E’s 4G LTE Wireless Data for the Home Service?
A: IT&E has a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from activation! Should you not be satisfied with our services simply return the 4G LTE Home Device (MBR) and cancel your services without penalty.

Q: What is the Apple TV Streaming Media Player?
 A: When connected to the 4G LTE Home Devices Wireless Network the Apple TV Streaming Media Player allows users to stream Netflix, Youtube, and other media content on their very own Television! This is a $100 gift from IT&E for the first 150 sign-ups only!
